Organic Traditions Original Energy Bite Mix, 220 g

A dry mix for no-bake energy bites, made with certified gluten-free oat flour. Add your favourite nut or seed butter and a liquid sweetener, stir, roll into balls, and you are done in about ten minutes with no oven involved. One bag makes around 20 bites.

The mix is gluten-free and organic, with 6 g of fibre per serving, and it is a source of manganese and iron. The finished bites keep sealed in the fridge for up to a week, which makes them handy for school lunches, hikes and after-practice snacks. This is the plain version; there is also a chocolate one.

How to use it

• Makes 20 energy bites.
• Pour dry mix, nut/seed butter and liquid sweetener into a medium sized bowl. Stir until well combined. Roll mixture with hands to form bite-sized balls. Store energy bites sealed and chilled in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
