Kathy Skeete has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2002. She brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to her practice, taking time to listen and help clients feel relaxed and supported.

Her areas of interest include cupping therapy, myofascial techniques and Indian head massage. She often blends techniques to tailor each session to the individual.

Kathy values regular movement and strength-based exercise. Whether a client is looking for help with tension, mobility or time to unwind, she aims to offer a comfortable, welcoming experience.
