How do I book?

Online through Jane, any time, or call the Bedford store at (902) 835-9319 and the clinic team will book you in.

Where is the clinic?

At 486 Starboard Drive, just off Larry Uteck Boulevard — under the same roof as our Bedford store, with its own entrance. Parking is in the lot out front. A Dartmouth clinic opens in spring 2027.

Do you direct bill?

Yes, to most major insurers — Medavie Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife and more. Bring your benefits card.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book any of our practitioners directly. Some plans ask for a doctor's note before they'll cover treatment; check yours.

What should I bring to a first visit?

Your benefits card if you'd like us to bill directly, any reports or a list of medications that might matter, and comfortable clothes.

Are you taking new patients?

Yes, every practitioner.

Can I see more than one practitioner?

Yes. That's the point of having them side by side; your ND, physio and RMT can talk to each other. Ask any of them.
