Amy Matheson graduated from the Canadian College of Natural Medicine in 2002 and brings over two decades of experience to the Luminate team. She creates a calm, welcoming environment where clients can feel at ease.

Amy tailors each session to the individual. Her clinical interests include myofascial work, cupping therapy, and working with chronic back, shoulder and neck pain.

She values consistent, compassionate care and believes in making room for balance, purpose and the things you enjoy. She is a member of the Massage Therapists’ Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS).
