NFH Restore SAP is a multi-strain probiotic that pairs four strains of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium with Saccharomyces boulardii, a beneficial yeast. Multi-strain formulas are considered more effective than single-strain ones, and the S. boulardii adds a different kind of support to the bacterial strains. Each enteric vegetable capsule provides 10.5 billion CFU.

It is designed to help restore gut flora with beneficial bacteria. The non-medicinal ingredients include inulin and arabinogalactan, and the capsule is enteric so its contents are released past the stomach.
