How care works

How care works

Listen and assess

A proper conversation and history first, then a look at how you move, stand and sit, and what you want to get back to.

Gentle, specific treatment

Low-force adjustments, mobilisation, soft-tissue work, cupping, kinesiology taping and home exercises — whichever fit you.

The rest of the team

When it helps, Dr. Landry works alongside our massage therapists, naturopathic doctors and pelvic-floor physiotherapist — all in the same building.

Questions

Good to know

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes. We bill most major insurers directly. Bring your benefits card and photo ID; coverage and eligibility depend on your plan.

Is chiropractic safe during pregnancy?

Yes. Technique and positioning are adapted to each trimester, with low-force options throughout. You set the pace.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on what is going on. Many people notice a change within a few visits; Dr. Landry reassesses as you go and adjusts the plan with you rather than for you.

What does a baby/child visit look like?

Calm and gentle. The assessment is about comfort and movement; the techniques use light pressure and a lot of play. Parents stay in the room the whole time.
