Acupuncture for pain, stress, sleep and hormones
Nichole Campbell is a Registered Acupuncturist with ten years of practice. People come to her for pain that has not responded to anything else, for stress that has settled into the body, and for hormonal and digestive problems that keep circling back. Her care is inclusive and trauma-informed: nothing happens on the table that has not been explained first.

How it works
Acupuncture uses very fine needles at specific points to change what the body is doing — circulation, muscle tension, and the balance between the parts of the nervous system that wind you up and settle you down. It is quiet, precise work, and most people are surprised by how little they feel going in and how much they feel afterwards.
Sessions are unhurried and one-to-one. Depending on what you need, Nichole may add cupping, gua sha or gentle electro-stimulation, and she explains each before she starts.

What acupuncture can help with
Nichole sees all genders and all ages. Many people notice a change within a few sessions; how many you need depends on what we are treating and how long it has been there.

The room
Warm, quiet, private treatment rooms with their own entrance beside the Bedford store. Most people are asleep within ten minutes.
Specialised treatments
Beyond general acupuncture, four things Nichole is asked for by name.

Fertility acupuncture
Acupuncture has a long history in fertility care. It supports circulation to the reproductive organs, helps regulate cycles and eases the stress that tends to come with trying. It sits comfortably alongside medical fertility treatment.
You do not have to go through this on your own.

Cupping and gua sha
Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques that move blood through tight tissue. Cupping lifts; gua sha scrapes gently along the muscle. Both leave marks that fade in a few days and muscles that move better straight away.

Facial rejuvenation acupuncture
Sometimes called cosmetic acupuncture. Very fine needles at points on the face improve circulation and tone, with no injections and no downtime — and the rest of the body gets treated in the same session.
People notice:
- Softer fine lines
- Better tone and elasticity
- Less puffiness
- Clearer skin

Auricular (ear) acupuncture
The outer ear maps to the whole body. Tiny needles or seeds at points on the ear reach organs and systems elsewhere — a small treatment that can have an outsized effect.
Particularly useful for:
- Pain, new or long-standing
- Cravings and weight management
- Addiction and withdrawal support
- Anxiety and low mood
Children
Acupuncture is safe and gentle for children, and for those who would rather not have needles at all, acupressure works on the same points with fingertips instead. Sessions are short and children stay with a parent throughout.
Nervous kids are welcome. So are nervous parents.

How Nichole works
Listen and understand
A relaxed conversation about what is going on and your history, then a gentle assessment — pulse, tongue, and how you are holding yourself.
Treat and settle
Precise needling, with cupping, gua sha or electro-stimulation if they will help. Then twenty minutes of nothing to do.
Keep it going
A plan for how often to come, and a few simple things to do between visits.
