The Problem

Why the Current System Isn't Working

Conventional systems are designed for profit, not people.

Conventional Grocery

Big-box stores fill shelves with ultra-processed foods that harm long-term health, prioritizing shelf life over your life.

Harmful additives & preservatives

Profit over health outcomes

Reactive Healthcare

The medical system waits for illness before acting — treating symptoms instead of causes, leaving prevention as an afterthought.

Symptoms over root causes

Prevention neglected

Luminate Co

Luminate Co was born to change that

We reconnect nourishment and healing — clean food, honest products, and holistic care working together to help you live better.

Our Story

How a Husband-and-Wife Team Set Out to Change Wellness in Atlantic Canada

Founded in 2019 by Will Oud and Sarah Gosse, Luminate Co began in Bedford, Nova Scotia with a simple mission — make clean, sustainable living accessible to every family. Combining Sarah's natural health expertise and Will's background in healthcare transformation, they created an ecosystem for proactive wellness.

Today, Luminate stands as Halifax's trusted health food store and holistic clinic, serving communities across Bedford and Dartmouth with heart, purpose, and integrity.
