Certified organic green onions, sold by the bunch. Mild, fresh and quick, they finish more dishes than almost anything else in the crisper.

Keep the bunch in the fridge, wrapped in a damp towel or standing in a jar of water. Slice the green tops over soups, rice, eggs and tacos; use the white ends in stir-fries and dressings. Grilled whole, they turn sweet.
