Certified organic broccoli, priced per unit as listed. Firm green crowns with a mild, slightly sweet flavour.

Keep it loosely bagged in the fridge and use it within a few days for the best crunch. Steam or roast the florets, stir-fry them with garlic, or eat them raw with dip. Peel and slice the stalk too; it is tender and sweet.
