Luminate Express is our own same-day delivery across the Halifax Regional Municipality. It covers the whole market: organic produce, the fridge and freezer, supplements, bulk, beauty and household. Everything leaves from the Bedford store.
The one rule: order by 11 am
Orders placed before 11 am go out the same afternoon. Deliveries run between 2:30 and 6:00 pm. Order after 11 and it comes the next day. Orders are picked and packed within about two hours of arriving, during store hours.

Cold items
Anything refrigerated or frozen is packed cold for the trip. Once a delivery is confirmed at your door it is yours, so bring it in promptly, especially in summer.
If something is out of stock
Our stock counts are good but not perfect. If an item is out and there is an obvious swap, we call the number on your order before deciding for you.
Pickup instead?
Choose in-store pickup at checkout. Bedford orders are usually ready in about two hours; Dartmouth in about 24. There is no fee for pickup.
Outside HRM
We ship anywhere in Canada, free on orders over $80 before tax (heavy parcels over 3 kg and remote surcharged addresses excepted). Details are on Shipping and returns.
