Blume Strawberry Matcha Latte Blend pairs organic matcha with strawberry juice powder and coconut sugar, plus 5 g of grass-fed bovine collagen per serving. The matcha gives a smooth, gentle lift with a grassy, slightly sweet base, and the strawberry keeps it bright and fruity rather than bitter. It is sweetened lightly with coconut sugar and a little stevia.

Whisk a spoonful into a splash of hot water to dissolve, then top with cold milk over ice for a pink-and-green layered iced latte, or with frothed warm milk on a cooler morning. Because it contains collagen it is not vegan.
