Blume Blue Lavender Blend, 100 g

A caffeine-free latte blend that is naturally blue. Blume grinds organic lavender and blue spirulina into organic coconut milk powder with a little organic cane sugar, so the drink comes out floral, subtly sweet, creamy and smooth. It is vegan and organic, and it makes a pretty cup, pale blue once it is whisked into milk.

Whisk a teaspoon with a splash of hot water, add hot or iced milk of your choice, and sweeten to taste. Because the ingredients are ground rather than steeped, the same blend goes into smoothies, oatmeal or energy balls. A 100 g bag makes 25 to 35 lattes.
