About this product
DOMO Vanilla Matcha is an instant matcha latte mix: shade-grown Japanese green tea leaves stone-ground to a fine powder, blended with natural vanilla and sweetened with organic cane sugar. Because it is whole-leaf matcha rather than a steeped tea, the powder dissolves into your cup and you drink the entire leaf.
Whisk or stir a teaspoon or two into hot water for a plain matcha, or into steamed milk for a vanilla matcha latte. It works cold too, shaken with milk over ice. A little settling at the bottom of the cup is normal.
