Blume Turmeric Blend, 125 g

Blume Turmeric Blend is a ground spice mix for making golden lattes at home. It brings together organic turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and black pepper, and that is the whole list. The flavour is warm and earthy, with a little heat from the ginger and pepper.

Whisk a spoonful into hot or cold milk, dairy or plant-based, and sweeten to taste. Because the spices are finely ground rather than steeped like a tea, you can also stir the blend into smoothies, oatmeal or energy balls. A 125 g bag makes about 25 to 35 servings, so it lasts a good while in the cupboard.
