Amy's Kitchen No Chicken Noodle Soup, 398 mL

Amy's take on the classic chicken noodle soup, made without the chicken. Organic semolina noodles, carrots, celery, leeks and onions sit in a light, savoury broth, with cubes of organic tofu standing in for the meat.

It is vegan and made with organic vegetables, and it contains wheat and soy. Heat it on the stove or in the microwave for a quick lunch, or pour it over extra noodles and greens to stretch it into dinner.
