San-J's Black Label Tamari is a fermented soy sauce made with 100% soybeans and no wheat, which gives it a richer, milder and more rounded flavour than ordinary soy sauce. Because it is wheat-free it is also gluten free, and the ingredient list is short: water, soybeans, salt and a little alcohol to keep it fresh.

Use it wherever you would use soy sauce: stir-fries, marinades, dipping sauces, soups, gravies and casseroles. It stands up well to heat and adds depth to dressings and sauces without overpowering them.
