Roasted Chicken is Chef Woo's classic: a familiar, savoury chicken-style broth with no chicken in it. The noodles are organic, made from unbleached wheat flour, sunflower oil and pea protein, and each cup gives you 20 g of plant-based protein and a source of iron.

Add boiling water, wait a few minutes and eat it as is, or shake in your favourite hot sauce if you like heat. Dried carrot, onion, red pepper, peas and corn are in the seasoning. Contains wheat.
