These rolled-style sugar cones from Let's Do are the sturdier, crunchier cousin of the cake cone, made gluten free so a wheat-free household does not have to skip them. The box holds 12 cones and weighs 132 g.
They are made from potato starch and demerara sugar with a touch of cocoa, which gives them a deeper colour and a slightly caramel flavour. Use them for ice cream, of course, but they also hold up well filled with whipped cream and berries or crushed into a pie crust. Store the box somewhere dry.
