Inari Coconut Sugar, 400 g

Coconut sugar from Inari, in a 400 g bag. It is made from the sap of the coconut palm, boiled down and dried into granules, with a deep, toffee-like flavour closer to brown sugar than to white.

Swap it one for one for brown sugar in cookies, muffins and granola, stir it into coffee, or use it in sauces and marinades where a bit of caramel depth helps. Gluten-free. Keep the bag sealed in a dry cupboard so it does not clump.
