Aletha Demond is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a diploma from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax, as well as 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification.

Aletha's interest in the human body has only grown since completing college and believes that every person comes to manual therapy from a different place – and she's always happy to meet them where they are with an individualized, holistic whole-body approach. Focused intentions as your therapist include creating a safe and open space, relaxation, evidence based, client-centered and informed practice.

Aletha has a special interest in treating headaches, neck and back pain as well as joint pain, from acute to chronic. She loves that massage therapy can benefit not only the muscles, but the joints, connective tissues, ligaments, and tendons.
