Eden Organic Dried Green Lentils are grown by family farms in North Dakota. Lentils are one of the oldest cultivated staples, a small, round legume found in kitchens around the world, from Middle Eastern and Indian dal to French salads.

They need no soaking and cook quickly, which makes them one of the easiest dried legumes to get on the table on a weeknight. Use them in soups, stews, curry, salads, pâté and alongside any whole grain. Lentils are a source of protein and fibre. Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry cupboard.
