Eden Organic Dried Garbanzo Beans, better known as chickpeas, are grown by family farms in California and Arizona. They have a mild, sweet, nut-like flavour and a firm texture, which is why they are the go-to bean for salads and the base of hummus, and a staple of Middle Eastern and Indian cooking.

Soak overnight, then simmer until tender and use in soups, stews and curries, roast them for a crunchy snack, or blend them into hummus and falafel. Chickpeas are a source of protein and fibre. Store the bag sealed in a cool, dry place. Made on equipment that also handles wheat.
