Chef Woo Plant Based Baja Chili Ramen is an instant ramen with a difference: the noodles are made with organic wheat flour and organic pea protein, so one 71 g pack delivers 20 g of protein. The Baja Chili seasoning brings tomato, cayenne, paprika, garlic and onion, with dried carrot, corn, bell pepper and onion in the pack.

It is entirely plant-based and cooks in a few minutes in boiling water. Add a handful of greens, some leftover tofu or a soft-boiled egg if you want to stretch it into a fuller meal.
