About this product

Certified organic white ginger, sold by the piece. Fresh ginger has a clean, warming heat and a bright aroma that dried powder never quite matches. Snap off as much as you need; the skin is thin enough to scrape away with a spoon.

Keep it in the fridge for a couple of weeks, or freeze it whole and grate straight from frozen. Use it in stir-fries, curries and marinades, steep slices in hot water with lemon, or grate it into baking. Priced per piece as shown.
