Braised Beef is Chef Woo's comfort-food flavour: a rich, savoury broth with the taste of slow-cooked beef, made entirely from plants. The ramen noodles are organic, made from unbleached wheat flour, sunflower oil and pea protein, and each cup carries 20 g of plant-based protein and is a source of iron.

Pour in boiling water, cover, and give it a few minutes. Dried carrot, onion, red pepper, peas and corn are in the mix. Keep a few cups in the pantry for quick lunches or late suppers. Contains wheat.
