How to enter.

Your next shop could be the start of a delicious year.

Shop in-store or online.

From November 2–30, every qualifying purchase of CAD50 or more after discounts and before tax at our Bedford or Dartmouth stores, or online, earns one entry when linked to your customer account. Shop again and earn another entry each time you make a separate qualifying purchase. Two separate qualifying CAD50 purchases earn two entries; one qualifying CAD100 purchase earns one entry. Shipping, gift-card purchases, clinic services, and bottle deposits and returns are excluded. There is no per-person, per-account or daily limit on qualifying purchase entries. The same transaction can only be counted once.

Your story. Your chance.

Tell us the top 10 Luminate products you would love to buy first if you won—and what a year of weekly credit would mean to you.

A little inspiration.

Write your original essay right here. Tell us the first 10 products you would love to choose if you won, and what a year of groceries would mean to you. Use at least 300 words and keep it to one page. Add paragraphs, bold, italics or a list to make it your own. Preview your finished PDF before you submit—we will save that exact PDF privately for review. Your essay must be your original work and must not be written by AI. One entry per valid original essay. Multiple original essays are allowed; duplicate submissions do not earn extra entries.

This is a random draw, not a writing competition. Writing quality or the personal impact described does not improve your odds.

Please leave out health or financial details, identity documents and other people’s personal information. General reflections are welcome.

Originality concerns will receive human review. A detector score alone is not proof of AI authorship and will not automatically disqualify an entrant.
