Watkins Organic Minced Garlic is dried, minced organic garlic in a shaker jar, a quick stand-in for fresh cloves when you are out of them or short on time. It is aromatic and full-flavoured, with nothing added: the only ingredient is organic garlic, and it is non-GMO.

Use it anywhere a recipe calls for garlic cloves: pasta sauces, sauteed vegetables, marinades, dry rubs, soups and dressings. A quarter teaspoon stands in for one clove. Store it in a cool, dry cupboard with the lid tight. Watkins has been making seasonings since 1868.
