Use it during cooking or as a finishing touch: on roasted potatoes, garlic bread, grilled meat and popcorn, or stirred into a quick vinaigrette. Because it is mostly salt, season with it in place of plain salt rather than on top of it. Store sealed in a dry cupboard.
