Coarse Himalayan pink salt from Sundhed in a 250 g package, the middle size between the small refill and the big bag. It is a single-ingredient rock salt with a natural pink colour from the minerals in the deposit.

The coarse grains are made for a grinder or mill, and they also work for a salt crust on fish, for brining, or for salting pasta and potato water. Store it dry and sealed. Salt keeps indefinitely.
