About this product
Fine Himalayan pink salt from Sundhed, in a 120 g package. It is one ingredient, a rock salt ground fine enough for a shaker or a pinch bowl, with a soft pink colour from the minerals in the deposit.
Use it the way you use any table salt: in baking, on eggs, in soups and sauces, and at the table. Because it is finely ground it dissolves quickly. Keep it dry so it does not clump. The 120 g size suits a shaker refill or a spice drawer.
