Coarse Himalayan pink salt from Sundhed, in a 120 g package. It is a single ingredient, a rock salt with the pale pink colour that comes from the minerals in the deposit it is mined from.

The coarse grind is made for a salt grinder or mill, and it is also the size to use for a salt crust on fish or a roast, or for seasoning a pot of pasta water. Keep it dry and it will last indefinitely. The 120 g size is a good grinder refill or a first try.
