Stefano Faita's Rustic Italian is the heartiest jar in the range: chicken bone broth with potatoes, Italian pork sausage, white kidney beans and spinach, finished with cream, Parmesan and Romano. Think of it as a Tuscan-style sausage and potato soup, filling enough to stand in for dinner with a piece of bread.

It comes in a 605 mL glass jar. Warm it in a pot, not in the jar, and refrigerate once opened, using it within seven days. It travels well in a thermos for a packed lunch on a cold day. Contains milk, eggs and wheat.
