Stefano Faita Italian Wedding Soup, 605 mL

Zuppa di matrimonio, as Stefano Faita points out, is not only for weddings. The name refers to how well the ingredients marry: all-beef meatballs, real chicken bone broth, carrots, spinach, tiny acini di pepe pasta and Parmesan. It is a substantial soup that eats like a meal, and one of the more kid-friendly jars in the pantry aisle.

It comes in a 605 mL glass jar. Heat it in a pot rather than microwaving the jar, and refrigerate leftovers for up to seven days. Add a handful of extra spinach or a grating of cheese if you like. Contains wheat, eggs and milk.
