Schoolhouse Gluten Free Gourmet bakes these dark chocolate cranberry cookies with brown rice and sorghum flour in place of wheat, so they are gluten-free without tasting like it. Butter, organic dark chocolate couverture, dried cranberries and unsweetened coconut do the heavy lifting, with ground flax and chia in the mix and organic agave syrup instead of refined sugar.

Each goodie bag holds eight cookies. They are a lunchbox standby and a good one to keep on hand for guests who avoid gluten. They contain milk and egg, so they are not vegan. Store in an airtight container, or freeze a bag for later.
