Schär Gluten-Free Frollini, 200 g

Schär Frollini are small Italian-style shortbread cookies, the kind that go with an espresso or get dunked in a glass of milk. They are gluten-free, sweetened partly with real honey and made with non-GMO ingredients. The texture is short and crumbly, melting rather than snapping.

The base is corn and rice flour with potato starch, a blend of vegetable fats, egg and honey. There is no lactose in the recipe. A 200 g bag holds plenty for a week of lunchboxes or a cookie plate. Keep the bag sealed once open so they stay crisp. Contains egg and tree nut (shea); may contain soy, lupin and tree nuts.
