Monday Gin is an alcohol-free spirit made by hand in small batches at Monday's craft distillery in Southern California. It is built in the classic London Dry style: bold and juniper-forward on the nose, with bitter lemon, grapefruit and a hint of coriander on the palate, and a long finish with a warmth that builds the way a real gin would.

Use it wherever you would use gin. Pour it over ice with tonic and a wedge of citrus, shake it into a sour or a martini-style drink, or keep it on the bar for the friend who is skipping alcohol. It is sweetened with monk fruit extract.
