HP Juniper Signature is a non-alcoholic gin alternative made from natural botanical distillates, so you get the juniper-led character of a classic gin without the alcohol. On the nose it is citrusy and spicy. On the palate it is smooth, with a gentle acidity and a long finish.

Use it the way you would any gin. The maker suggests 60 mL over ice with 120 mL of a good tonic and a slice of blood orange. Once opened, keep the bottle in the dark at a steady temperature and finish it within three months.
