Kato Matcha's Ceremonial Spring Harvest is matcha green tea from Uji in Kyoto, Japan, the region most associated with fine matcha. Spring harvest is the first picking of the year, and ceremonial grade means it is meant to be drunk on its own, whisked with water, rather than hidden in a latte or a bake.
The only ingredient is matcha green tea. Whisk a small scoop with hot, not boiling, water for a traditional bowl, or make a latte if that is how you like it. The 30 g tin makes roughly 35 servings. Keep it sealed, cool and away from light once opened.
