Hummingbird Chocolate's Dark Milk bar sits between a milk and a dark chocolate: 60 percent cocoa, so it is rich and creamy with more depth than a typical milk bar. It is made from single-origin cacao with organic cane sugar, milk powder and organic cocoa butter, and nothing else.
The bar is soy-free and gluten-free. It contains milk and may contain nuts and peanuts, so it is not a vegan option. Break it up for an after-dinner square, melt it into hot chocolate or tuck it into a gift. Sold as a 60 g bar.
