Hummingbird Chocolate's Fleur de Sel bar is a 70 percent dark chocolate made with organic cacao from the central highlands of the Dominican Republic, finished with Canadian sea salt from Vancouver Island. The cacao is fruit-forward and berry-like, and the salt sharpens it with a tangy edge.

Four ingredients: organic cacao, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter and sea salt. The bar is vegan, soy-free and gluten-free, though the label notes it may contain milk, nuts and peanuts. Good with coffee, on a cheese board or on its own. Sold as a 60 g bar.
