Holy Crap’s Natural Superseed Blend (the one they call Skinny B) is three organic ingredients and nothing else: chia, buckwheat and hulled hemp seeds. It is plant-based and high in fibre, and there is no added sugar or fruit, which is what makes it the versatile one in the range.

Soak a couple of tablespoons in milk, a plant milk or yogurt for a few minutes and the chia thickens it into a small, filling breakfast. It also goes into overnight oats, smoothies and on top of a bowl for crunch. A 225 g bag lasts a few weeks of daily use.
