Holy Crap Blueberry Apple Breakfast Cereal, 225 g

Holy Crap's Blueberry Apple blend is a seed-based breakfast cereal made with BC blueberries. The mix is chia, hulled hemp seeds and buckwheat with apple bits, dried cranberries and cinnamon, all organic, and it is built to keep you satisfied until lunch rather than hungry by ten.

It is high in fibre, a source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and a plant-based source of calcium. Stir a couple of spoonfuls into water, juice, nut milk or yogurt, let it sit a few minutes to thicken, and eat. It also works stirred into oatmeal or sprinkled over a smoothie bowl.
