Fody's Mild Salsa is made for people who follow a low FODMAP diet and still want Taco Tuesday. It skips the onion and garlic entirely and builds its flavour from diced and crushed tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro, cider vinegar, lime and cumin. It is mild, bright and chunky enough to hold on a chip.

Use it on nachos and tacos, spoon it over eggs or grilled chicken, or stir it into rice. The jar holds 450 mL and the recipe is vegan. Refrigerate after opening.
