About this product

Eat Wholesome Bean Vermicelli are thin, glassy noodles made from just pea starch, mung bean starch and water. They turn clear when cooked and soak up whatever broth or dressing you put them in, which is why they turn up in spring rolls, Vietnamese salads and hot pot. Vegan, non-GMO, and certified carbon neutral, with no fat or cholesterol.

This 400 g pack is the family size. Boil the noodles for about five minutes until tender, drain and rinse cold. Toss them cold with herbs and a lime dressing, or add them to soup or a stir-fry at the end. Keep the pack in a cool, dry place.

Preparation & storage
Place noodles in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain through a colander and rinse thoroughly with cold water. The noodles can be served cold or served hot in a soup or stir-fry. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
