Eat Wholesome Bean Vermicelli are glass noodles made from pea and mung bean starch and water, the thin, translucent noodles you find in spring rolls, Thai salads and Asian soups. They are vegan and non-GMO, contain no fat or cholesterol, and the product is certified carbon neutral.

They cook in about five minutes: drop them in boiling water until tender, drain and rinse under cold water. Serve them cold in a salad with herbs and lime, or hot in a broth or stir-fry. Store the pack in a cool, dry cupboard.

How to use
Place noodles in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain through a colander and rinse thoroughly with cold water. The noodles can be served cold or served hot in a soup or stir-fry. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
