Earthbound Farm Organic Mango Chunks are a 300 g bag of frozen organic mango, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen so you get ripe, sweet mango without the mess of cutting one up. Mango is the fruit that makes a smoothie taste like a treat.

Blend the chunks with yogurt or coconut milk for a thick smoothie, thaw a few and spoon them over granola, or pulse them with lime and chili for a quick salsa. They also make a good base for sorbet. Keep the bag sealed in the freezer and take out what you need. Organic mango and nothing else.
