Certified Organic Yellow Beans

Certified organic yellow beans, sometimes called wax beans. They cook just like green beans but with a slightly milder, buttery flavour and a pale colour that brightens up a plate.

Store them in a bag in the crisper and use within a few days. Trim the stem ends, then steam or blanch until just tender, toss with butter and dill, or pickle a jar for the winter. Sold as shown.
