Eden Organic Black Soy Beans, 398 mL

Eden Organic Black Soy Beans are organically grown black soybeans from small U.S.A. farms, soaked overnight and cooked at Eden's certified organic, kosher cannery with a piece of kombu seaweed and nothing else. No chemical additives, no added salt, and the can is BPA-free.

Black soybeans are sweet with a smooth texture, and in Japan they are prized enough to be called the crown prince of beans. Use them like any other bean: in soups, salads, chili or grain bowls, or simply warmed with a little soy sauce and green onion.
