Certified Organic White Mushrooms, Loose

Certified organic white mushrooms, sold loose so you can pick out just the ones you want, whether that is a handful for a sauce or a bag for the week. Mild and meaty, they take on the flavour of whatever you cook them with.

Store them in a paper bag in the fridge and use within a few days. Wipe rather than soak them, then slice for omelettes and pizza, roast them whole, or cook them down with butter and thyme for pasta. Priced per unit as shown.
